Your mission

As part of the Operations team, you are the owner of identifying, targeting and converting our customers to our products through Amazon paid media (pay-per-click advertising campaigns including the strategy, design, implementation, SEO, and analysis of ad performance).

Your goal is to make customers discover and purchase YABA product portfolio through Amazon ads and other paid acquisition channels.

Job description

  • Define paid media strategy inside Amazon for each brand and product in terms of top line growth and bottom line efficiency
  • Coordinate your strategy with brand managers, incorporate feedback and align on the final strategy.
  • Maintain and optimize the campaigns: 1) Audit Amazon Advertising accounts performance; 2) Implementf bid adjustments to achieve the targeted spend/return goals; 3) Enrich through the identification of new keyword or product targets. 
  • Track, understand and communicate with management and stakeholders the main advertising KPIs. 
  • Optimize translation strategy across languages per product and brand
  • Learn, explore and discover new techniques, tools or best practices in the industry with a mental framework pointing towards achieving more with less, automation, introducing new tools when necessary. Stay up-to-date with Amazon Advertising’s latest changes and updates to the platform to ensure the brands that you manage are using latest best practices and approaches.

The ideal candidate should have

  • 1+ years of proven paid advertising (PPC) experience (Amazon advertising experience will be considered an advantage)
  • Expertise in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel in particular)
  • Knowledge of SEO and basic digital marketing concepts
  • Proficiency with Helium10
  • Experience with Google Data Studio or other data explorers
  • Knowledge of “bulk files” and excitement for working with bulk files
  • Analytical mindset in terms of capacity to create, analyze and extract insights from big datasets.
  • Ability to extract data using SQL and present the information in an understandable way.
  • Curious, willing to learn and understand beyond the first surface information on systems and opportunities. You want to become part of an expert team that are recognised as industry top performers.
  • Owner of a package, mastering the stream end-to-end and attaching its success to your own.
